Guidelines for the Hackathon





  • Be at the Registration Desk by 8 AM sharp.

  • Bring a valid ID to enter.

  • Show a soft copy of your IEEE membership card at registration, For IEEE CS/SPS members, provide your corresponding membership card soft copy.

  • Each team must consist of 2 to 4 members.

  • Every team must have a unique team name.

  • There should be atleast one laptop for each team.

  • A cloakroom will be provided inside the venue. However, the organizers won't be held responsible for any lost wallets, ornaments, etc.

  • Vehicles are not permitted inside the campus.

  • Mentoring sessions will take place on October 17th.

  • The hackathon kicks off at 3:00 PM on October 17th.

  • The Problem Statement will be revealed before the hackathon begins..

  • Teams must stop coding when the time is up but can debug and make minor fixes. Adding new features or making significant changes after that is not permitted.

  • No refunds will be processed after payment.

  • Don’t leave the premises without valid consent from event coordinators.

  • A maximum of two teams from the College of Engineering Karunagappally will be allowed to participate
